Kelley Honey Shipping & Return Policies

Kelley Honey Farm Products will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Postal Service.  Weight and distance shipped effect the shipping charges.

We normally ship our products within 10-14 days, unless specified otherwise.  If we are unable to ship your order within 14 business days you will be notified of the delay.  Cancelations are not permitted once the package has been shipped.

If your items received are damaged or deemed unsatisfactory they will be replaced or returned, as long as the damages are brought to our attention within 3 business days of having received your order.
